The "Unread" Condition Due to the nature of artisanal perfumes and hygiene standards, we can only accept returns for items that are unopened, sealed, and in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Once the "book" is opened (the cellophane seal is broken), it cannot be returned.

The Discovery Set Recommendation Scent is subjective. We strongly recommend purchasing our Discovery Set first to test the fragrances on your skin before committing to a full-sized bottle.

Damaged or "Misprinted" Items If your order arrives damaged or leaking (a rare "printing error"), please contact us at [Your Email] within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement immediately.
